Crimson Air reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Such changes shall become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Use of Website
This website and its contents are intended for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

3. Service Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided on this website or by our representatives are approximate and subject to change. The final price for services may vary based on:

A written estimate will be provided before beginning any work that exceeds the initial quoted amount. You must approve any changes in writing before work continues.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
When you schedule service with us, we reserve that time exclusively for you. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in requiring a deposit for future appointments. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept:
- Major credit and debit cards
- Cash
- Checks (with proper ID)
- Financing options for qualified purchases
Returned checks will incur a $35 returned check fee. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to collection fees and may result in suspension of future service until the balance is resolved.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
Crimson Air provides a 90-day labor guarantee on all repair work. Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and equipment, which vary by product.
Our labor guarantee does not cover:
- Damage caused by customer negligence or improper use
- Issues arising from lack of maintenance
- Damage from external causes (storms, power surges, etc.)
- Work performed by other contractors
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crimson Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of this website or our services.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for services rendered.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Crimson Air or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
You may not use any trademark, logo, or service mark appearing on this website without the prior written consent of Crimson Air or the third party that may own the mark.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States of America. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.
